The Employee Resignation Form Printing option allows HR or management to generate a resignation form for employees, useful for documentation during employee exit processes.

    1. After logging in to theCompany Main menu, go to Reports > Payroll Reports > Employee Resignation Form Printing
    2. The Resignation Form Criteria window will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • View – Select the format (Employee Resignation Form Printing Only).
      • Employee – Select a specific employee or choose All for multiple resignations.
      • Department – Filter employees by department, or select All.
      • Designation – Filter employees by designation, or select All.
      • Print Date? – Tick this option to include the date of printing on the resignation form.
    1. Steps to Print Employee Resignation Form:
      • Select the View option.
      • Choose the Employee, or keep All.
      • Apply filters for Department or Designation if required.
      • Tick Print Date? if you want the current date to appear on the form.
      • Click Show to preview or Print to generate the resignation form.

Notes:

  • The resignation form provides a standard template for recording employee exit.
  • Always ensure employee details in the master are updated before printing.
  • This report helps maintain formal documentation for compliance and HR audits.
