To add designation details, follow the steps below:


    1. After logging in to the  Company Main menu, go to Masters > Designation
    2. The Designation entry form will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • Name - Type a unique designation name or press F4 to select from the list (e.g., Manager, Supervisor, Operator).
      • Code - A system-generated unique code for the designation. It can also be edited manually if required.
      • Name - Enter the full display name of the designation.
      • Status - Tick the checkbox if the designation is Inactive (no longer in use). Leave unchecked for active use.
      • Notes - You can either type directly in the notes field or press F4 to open a box and add any description or  comments related to the designation.
    1. Once all the details have been entered, click on Save button. Your Designation account will be created.
    2. New button will be activated. To create another Designation account, click on New button and start again with steps mentioned above.
