To record a sales return entry for gray material, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Transactions  > Weaving Process > Sales Return Gray.
    2. The Sales Return Gray form will open as shown below.
    3. Header Section
      • Document # – Enter the unique document number for this sales return. (Press F4 for Help).
      • Date – Enter the date of return.
      • Account – Select the account of the party from whom the goods are being returned. (Press F4 for Picklist).
      • Party Bill # – Enter the reference bill number related to the sales return.
      • Date (Party Bill) – Mention the date of the original party bill.
    1. Item Details Section
      • Inv Doc # – Enter the reference invoice document number from which the goods are being returned.
      • Item / Item Name – Select the item being returned.
      • Rate Per – Specify the rate per unit (e.g., per meter, per piece, per kg).
      • Quantity-1 / Quantity-2 / Quantity-3 – Enter the quantities as per the defined unit types.
      • Rate – Enter the applicable rate per unit.
      • Amount – Auto-calculated as per the entered quantity × rate.
      • Notes – Optional remarks for the item.
      • CI (Check Indicator) – Used for internal control or item validation (if applicable).
    1. Footer Section
      • Notes – Add any general remarks for the sales return. (Press F4 for Help).
      • Net Amount – Displays the total value of the returned items, automatically calculated based on entries.
    1. Buttons Available
      • New – Start a new sales return entry.
      • Save – Save the details entered for the current record.
      • Delete – Remove a selected entry from the list.
      • Cancel – Cancel the ongoing entry.
      • Close – Exit from the form.
    1. Once all the details are filled correctly, click Save to store the Sales Return Gray entry successfully in the system.
