To create a Job Receipt transaction, follow the steps below: After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Transactions > Embroidery Unit > Job Receipt ... [MID:1847].


Inventory Receipt - Job Receive entry form will open. Enter all the details such as:
1.   Header section

      • Document # - Enter the document number.
      • Date - Enter the transaction date.
      • Account - Press F4 button, list of accounts will be displayed. Select the required account or type the account name directly.
      • Party Challan # - Enter the party challan number.
      • Party Challan Date - Enter the party challan date.
      • Class - Select the required class.
      • Original Bill No. - Enter the original bill number, if required.
      • Original Bill Date - Enter the original bill date, if required.

2.   In item entry section, enter details such as:

      • Item - Press F4 button and select the required item.
      • Rate Per - Select the required unit.
      • Design - Select the required design.
      • PCS/CUT/MTS - Pcs / Cut / Mts - Enter the received quantity.
      • Rate - Enter the job rate.
      • Amount - Amount will be calculated automatically.
      • Notes - Enter item-wise remarks, if required.


3.   You can also enter other details such as:

      • Notes - Enter transaction remarks.
      • Goods Rec. By - Enter the name of the person who received the goods.

4.   After entering all the details, click on Save button. Your Job Receipt transaction will be created and stored in the system.

To Create a Sales Job Invoice transaction in Radix, follow the steps below:

After logging in to the Company Main Menu, go to Transactions > Sales > Invoice, or click on 3. Sale Invoice button on the menu-bar.

(Alternatively, you can also press Ctrl-3 shortcut key on the Radix main screen.)

    1. Choose a Daybook form will open. List of daybooks will be displayed. Select the Sales - Job daybook in which you want to create the Sales Job Invoice transaction and click on OK button or press the Enter key.In case of a new daybook, click on New button and Create Daybooks.
    2. Entry form will open for the selected daybook. Enter all the details such as:
      • Document # - Enter the voucher number here.
      • Date - Enter the date of the Sales Job Invoice transaction here.
      • Account - Press F4 button, list of accounts will be displayed. Select the desired account from here or type the account name directly.
      • In case of a new account, click on New button and Create Account.
        • Party Challan # - Enter the party challan number.
        • Broker - Press F4 button, list of brokers will be displayed. Select the broker from here or type the broker name directly.
      • In case of a new broker, click on New button and Create Broker.
        • Class - Select the required class.
        • Receive From - Press F4 button, list of Receipt Daybooks will be displayed. Select the required Receipt Daybook.
                                  The Job Receipt entries of the selected daybook will be displayed. Select the required Job Receipt entry.

3.    On selecting the Job Receipt entry, all the related details will be filled automatically. However, you can modify the quantity, if required.

4.    You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

5.    In item entry section, enter details such as:

      • Rate Per - Select the option on which you want to calculate the rate.
      • PCS/CUT/MTS - Quantity will be fetched automatically. You can modify the quantity, if required.
      • Rate - Enter the rate of the item here.
      • Amount - Amount will be calculated directly as per Rate Per field.
      • Notes - Enter item-wise remarks, if required.

6.    You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

7.    You can also add other details such as:

      • Invoice Remarks - Enter remarks for the invoice.
      • Due Days - Enter the due days.
      • Counting Supervisor - Select the counting supervisor.
      • Document Scan - Attach the related document, if required.

The history displayed at the bottom of the form shows the linked Job Receipt details along with the received quantity and available balance quantity.

You can enter the fields you want and leave rest of the fields blank and proceed.

Net Amount will be calculated. After entering all the details, click on Save button. Your Sales Job Invoice transaction will be saved.

New button will be activated. To do another transaction, click on New button and start again with the steps mentioned above.
