The Salary Certificate provides a formal statement of an employee’s earnings over a selected period, often used for loan applications, official verifications, or employee requests.

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Payroll Reports > Salary Certificate
    2. The Salary Certificate Criteria form will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • Period – Enter the salary period (From Date and To Date) for which the certificate should be generated.
      • Employee – Select the employee for whom the certificate is to be issued, or choose All for multiple certificates.
      • Department – Select a department to filter employees, or keep All.
      • Print Date – Enter the date that will appear on the printed certificate.
    1. Steps to Generate Salary Certificate:
      • Enter the Period for salary details.
      • Select the Employee or keep All.
      • Apply Department filter if required.
      • Enter the Print Date (official issue date for the certificate).
      • Click Show to preview or Print to generate the certificate.

Notes:

  • Salary Certificates are typically required by banks, financial institutions, or government offices.
  • Ensure employee salary details are up to date before generating the certificate.
  • The Print Date is important as it reflects the certificate’s validity.
