The Employee Salary Detail Register (Monthwise) provides detailed salary data for employees across months, including additions, deductions, and bonus calculations.

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Payroll Reports > Employee Salary Detail Register (Monthwise)
    2. The Salary Detail Register Criteria form will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • View – Select the type of report (Additions, Deductions, Net Salary, etc.).
      • Date – Enter the salary period (From Date and To Date).
      • Bonus Date – Specify the date range for calculating bonus eligibility.
      • Category – Select employee category (Staff, Worker, or All).
      • Department – Choose a department or keep All.
      • Designation – Select a designation, or leave as All.
      • Employee – Choose a specific employee, or keep All.
      • Left Job – Select whether to include employees who have left the job (Yes / No / All).
      • Bonus Percentage – Enter the standard bonus percentage (default 8.33%).
      • Add. Bonus Percentage – Enter any additional bonus percentage (e.g., 2.67%).
    1. Steps to Generate Employee Salary Detail Register (Monthwise):
      • Select the View type.
      • Enter the Date range for the salary register.
      • Specify Bonus Date for bonus applicability.
      • Apply filters such as Category, Department, Designation, and Employee.
      • Set Left Job option as needed.
      • Enter Bonus % and Additional Bonus % values.
      • Click Show to preview or Print to generate the report.

Notes:

  • Use this report to analyze monthly salary distribution and bonus entitlement.
  • Bonus calculations (8.33% + Additional %) follow statutory bonus rules.
  • Employees who have left the job can be included or excluded as per requirement.
