To generate the employee presence register, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Attendance Reports > Employee Presence Register
    2. The Employee Presence Register criteria form will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • View – Select the format of the report (e.g., PFNo Wise, Department Wise, Employee Wise, etc.).
      • Date – Select the date range for which you want to view the presence details. Options include Between, On, Before, After, etc.
      • Category – Choose the employee category (Staff, Worker, or All).
      • Department – Select a department, or keep All to include every department.
      • Designation – Choose a specific designation, or leave as All.
      • Employee – Select an individual employee, or keep All to include everyone.
    1. Buttons:
      • Save Criteria – Save the current filters for reuse.
      • Reset Criteria – Clear the filters and restore default values.
      • Print – Print the presence register directly.
      • Show – Preview the presence register before printing.
      • Close – Exit the register criteria screen.
    1. Steps to Generate Presence Register:
      • Select the desired View option (PFNo Wise, Department Wise, etc.).
      • Enter the Date Range for which the report is required.
      • Apply filters like Category, Department, Designation, or Employee if needed.
      • Click Show to preview the presence register or Print to generate a hard copy.

Notes:

  • This report is commonly used for statutory compliance and attendance analysis.
  • Use PFNo Wise view when attendance data is required for Provident Fund records.
  • Saved criteria help speed up repeated monthly or statutory reporting.
