To generate a detailed attendance report for employees, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Attendance Reports > Detailed Attendance Sheet
    2. The Detailed Attendance Sheet criteria form will open. Fill in the details as follows:
      • View – Select the report view format (Default or other available options).
      • Period – Enter the date range for the attendance report (From Date and To Date).
      • Department – Choose the department for which the attendance report is required. Default is All.
      • Designation – Select the employee designation, or keep All.
      • Shift – Pick a specific shift, or leave as All.
      • Employee – Select an individual employee, or choose All to include everyone.
      • Department from Transaction? – Tick this option to fetch department details directly from transactions.
      • Designation from Transaction? – Tick this option to fetch designation details directly from transactions.
      • Same Page? – Tick this if all attendance details should be printed on a single page.
      • Consider Days? – Tick this if day-wise breakdown of attendance is required.
      • Print Horizontal Line? – Tick this to include horizontal lines in the printed report for better readability.
    1. Buttons:
      • Save Criteria – Save selected filters for repeated use.
      • Reset Criteria – Clear all selections and restore defaults.
      • Back / Next – Navigate through report option tabs.
      • Print – Print the detailed attendance sheet directly.
      • Show – Preview the attendance report before printing.
      • Close – Exit the report criteria screen.
    1. Steps to Generate Detailed Attendance Sheet:
      • Select the desired Period by entering From and To dates.
      • Apply filters such as Department, Designation, Shift, or Employee.
      • Tick Department/Designation from Transaction if you want details to be drawn from transactional data.
      • Select formatting preferences like Same Page, Consider Days, or Print Horizontal Line.
      • Click Show to preview the report or Print to generate a hard copy.

Notes:

  • Use Consider Days if management requires daily presence/absence details.
  • The Horizontal Line option is useful for clearer printing in lengthy reports.
  • Saved criteria can simplify report generation for regular attendance tracking.
