To generate and print attendance cards for employees, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Employee Attendance Card Printing.
    2. The Report Criteria form will open. Use the fields below to generate attendance cards for selected employees.
    3. Report Filters
      • View – Choose which side of the attendance card to print:
        • FrontSide – Prints the front side layout.
        • BackSide – Prints the back side (if applicable).
        • Other options may be available based on card design.
      • Department – Select a specific department to filter employees. Use All to include all departments.
      • Designation – Filter employees by job title. Use All to show every designation.
      • Employee – Choose a particular employee or select All to include everyone.
      • Category – Select employee category (e.g., Factory, Office, Seasonal). Use (All) to include all types.
      • Issue Date – Choose the date to be printed as the issue date on the card.
      • Print Date? – Tick this to include the Issue Date on the printed attendance card.
    1. Action Buttons
      • Save Criteria – Tick to retain the current filter settings for future use.
      • Reset Criteria – Resets all filters and options to their default values.
      • Print – Opens the print layout preview and sends the selected card side to the printer.
      • Show – Displays a preview of the card for selected employees.
      • Close – Closes the Attendance Card Printing report criteria screen.
    1. Steps to Print Employee Attendance Cards:
      • Select the required View (FrontSide or BackSide).
      • Choose the Department, Designation, and Category.
      • Select an individual Employee, or keep All for multiple employees.
      • Enter the Issue Date.
      • Tick or untick Print Date depending on whether you want the system date to appear on the card.
      • Click Show to preview or Print to generate the attendance card.

Notes:

  • Employee master details (name, code, department, etc.) must be correctly updated before printing.
  • Use FrontSide and BackSide options separately if the attendance card has information on both sides.
  • Always preview with Show before printing bulk employee cards.
