To view or print the Beam Bhidan Detail Report, follow the steps below:

    1. After logging in to the Company Main menu, go to Reports > Weaving Report > Beam Bhidan Detail Report.
    2. The Beam Bhidan Detail Report Criteria form will open as shown below.
      • Daybook: Select the Daybook for which you want to view the Bhidan details. Choose All to include data from all daybooks.
      • Date: Enter the date range for which you want to view the report. You can type the dates manually or select them using the calendar icons.
      • Beam No: Select a specific Beam Number to view its Bhidan details. Choose All to include all beams.
      • Machine: Choose the Machine Name related to the Bhidan entries you wish to view. Select All to include data from all machines.
      • Gray Quality: Filter the report based on Gray Quality. Choose All to display beams of every gray quality type.
    1. Available Options:
      • Save Criteria – Save the selected report filters for future use.
      • Reset Criteria – Clear all selections and reset the filters to default.
      • Print – Generate a printable version of the Beam Bhidan Detail Report.
      • Show – Display the report on screen according to the chosen filters.
      • Close – Exit the form and return to the main menu.
    1. Once all criteria are entered, click Show to view the report on screen or Print to generate a hard copy.
