Notification
For notification settings in Radix, follow the steps below:
- After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Utilities > Co. Config.
- Open Co. Configuration and click on Notification Tab.
- In Email Settings section, enter details such as:
- Email ID - Enter the receiver's email ID here.
- Password - Enter your password here.(An app password is a special password used to access your account on third-party apps or devices)
- SMTP Server - This will be auto-filled if your email ID is from Gmail/Yahoo. For other email accounts, manually enter the SMTP server address.
- Port - Similarly, this will be auto-filled for Gmail/Yahoo accounts. For other accounts, manually enter the port number.
- CC Email ID - Enter the CC email ID here. All emails will be sent to this ID by default.
- Once all details are entered, click on the Send Test Mail button to verify the accuracy of the information.
- If the details are correct, you will receive a test email at both the Email ID and CC Email ID.
- If there’s an error, Radix will prompt an error message.
- Once the email ID is successfully tested, click OK to save your email settings.
- In SMS Settings section, enter details such as:
- User Name - Enter user name registered with the third party app here.
- Password - Enter your password for the registered user name here.
- Sender - Enter the registered sender name.
- Send URL - Enter the sender URL.
- Once all details are entered, click on the Send Test SMS button to verify the accuracy of the information.
- If the details are correct, you will receive a test SMS.
- If there’s an error, Radix will prompt an error message.
- Once the SMS is successfully tested, click OK to save your SMS settings.
- In UPI Settings section, enter details such as:
- UPI ID - Enter the receiver's UPI ID here.
- UPI Name - Enter the registered name for the UPI ID here.
- UPI URL - Enter the sender UPI URL.
- Once all details are entered, click on the Save button to save the information.
