Depreciation Statement

Here are the steps to view Depreciation Statement Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

To view Depreciation Statement Report in Radix,

After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Accounts > Final Accounts > Depreciation Statement.
Depreciation Statement Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

View - Select the view according to which you want to view the report.
Date - Select the date for which you want to view the report.
Account Group - To view report for all the Account groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular account group, select Equal To option and then select the account group.
Include GLG Child - To include GLG Child in the report, tick here.
Calculate ? - To print Calculation in the report, tick here.
Round Off Dep Amount? - To round off depreciation amount in the report, tick here.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, yo u can tick on Save Criteria option.

After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
