Balance Comparison Report

Here are the steps to view Balance Comparison Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:

To view Balance Comparison Report Report in Radix,

After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > Accounts > Final Accounts > Trial Balance > Balance Comparison Report.
Balance Comparison Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:

As On Date - Select the date till which you want to view the report.
Creditors Summary? - To view only Creditors GL Group Total in the report, tick here.
Debtors Summary? - To view only Debtors GL Group Total in the report, tick here.
Unsecured Loan Summary? - To view unsecured loan summary in the report, tick here.
Loan Advance Summary? - To view loan advance summary in the report, tick here.
Other Liabilities Summary? - To view summary of other liabilities in the report, tick here.
Other Assets Summary? - To view summary of other assets in the report, tick here.
Horizontal Line? - To print horizontal line in the report, tick here.

Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.

After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
You can also print the report by clicking on Print or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
