Account List with GSTIN
Here are the steps to view Account List with GSTIN Report. To learn more, you can also watch this RADIX Online tutorial video:
To view Account List with GSTIN Report in Radix, follow the steps below:
- After logging in to the Company Main menu, Go to Reports > GST Reports > GST Checklists > Account List with GSTIN.
- Account List with GSTIN Report Criteria form will open. Set all the details here such as:
- GL Group - To view report for all the general ledger groups, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular general ledger group, select Equal To option and then select the general ledger group. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- Include GLG Child - Tick the box to add the sub group.
- State - To view report for all the states, select All option, otherwise to view report for any particular state, select Equal To option and then select the state. (Note: Select the alternative options if needed.)
- Account Type - To view report for all the accounts, select All option.
- To view list of only registered parties, select Registered option.
- To view list of all unregistered parties i.e. without GST number, select Un-Registered option.
- To view list of accounts with invalid GST number, select Invalid GSTIN option.
- For list of UIN Holder accounts, select UIN Holder option.
- To view list of accounts having same GST number, select Duplicate GSTIN option.
- Having Transaction - Tick here, if you want to view list of accounts having transactions, otherwise untick and proceed.
(Please note, if you tick on Having Transaction field, only then Period field will be enabled.)
- Period - Set the date here, according to which you want to view the report.
Please Note: To set all these criteria for future, you can tick on Save Criteria option.
- After entering all the details, click on Show button. Report will open according to the selected criteria.
- Here, you can click on Customize button to Customize the Report.
- You can also print the report by clicking on Print icon on the top left corner of the page or press CTRL+P shortcut key.
